Not your average hackathon
Build on the island
IslandHack runs inside our month-long retreats. Teams live, eat, and build together — no 48-hour caffeine sprints, just weeks of focused shipping alongside the Solana ecosystem.
Ship something real
Submissions need a working product: a live demo, an open repository, and a short video. Judges want to see it running — not a pitch deck.
Demo day
The retreat closes with live demos in front of the community and judges from across the ecosystem, spotlighting the strongest builds.
